It’s About Time is a solo exhibition by Peter Holst Henckel at Specta, shaped by a moment of collective pause after years of acceleration and excess. Through photography, video, sound, objects, and installation, the exhibition reflects on time as both a condition and a shared present. Henckel approaches time not as a fixed measure, but as something experienced, stretched, and questioned. With a restrained visual language balanced by layers of reference, the works invite reflection on direction, value, and what truly matters. Moving from the intimate to the societal, the exhibition unfolds as a poetic and quietly humorous meditation on contemporary life and the passing of time.
